Lindsay Melbourne

Professional photographer and AF Gang founder

Hailing from Sheffield and currently based in London, Lindsay is a music photographer whose works has been published in the likes of NME, Kerrang!, and Loud & Quiet. She worked on the photo book of IDLES’ album Live at Bataclan and was part of the official teams of Latitude and Reading Festival. She is also the founder of the IDLES fan community AF Gang, currently counting more than 29.000 members on Facebook and which has recently launched its own website. AF Gang has grown from a meeting place for IDLES fans to a buzzing community providing a safe space to discuss mental health as well as all things music.

Toni Coe-Brooker

Venue manager, The Green Door Store

With six years of experience in the production of live gigs, and a particular commitment to working towards greater gender equality in the music industry, Toni is a strong presence in the independent music scene in England. For the past three years she has been Programming and Production Manager at iconic grassroots venue and night club, The Green Door Store in Brighton. Toni has also been an active voice in the Music Venue Trust’s #saveourvenues campaign.

Scott Lewis 

Owner and founder, Clue Records

Scott is the head of independent DIY record label, podcaster and promoter Clue Records, based in Leeds, which has released the likes of Crushed Beaks, PLAZA, TRASH, Avalanche Party, Forever Cult, NARCS, and more. He is also the founder of Temple Management, managing Dead Naked Hippies, and a label manager at Come Play With Me, releasing artists like Marsicans and Team Picture. His work includes the booking of national tours and festival appearances, as well as tour management and live agent representation.

Tarek Musa

Producer and musician – Dead Nature/Spring King

A graduate of the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, where he received the Sennheiser Studio Excellence Award, Tarek was the founder and frontman of Manchester band Spring King, later starting a solo music project under the name Dead Nature. In 2017, he received the Self-Producing Artist Of The Year Award at the Music Producers Guild Awards. As a producer, he has helped honing the sound of artists including Circa Waves, Devon, and Calva Louise.

Nick Meadows

Tour manager – In-house sound engineer, Rough Trade

Working with bands such as Lice, YOWL, DITZ, Spectres, JOHN, and The Wants, Nick has extensive experience as a tour manager, working as Ricochet Management and handling both national and international tours. When not managing bands on tour, he is based in Bristol, where he is also one of the in-house engineers at Rough Trade Bristol.
