SINGLE REVIEW – Rock heavy weights Clams return to ‘Come Back Home’

After receiving praise and attention from the likes of Audioslave, Smashing Pumpkins, Kerrang and Metal Hammer in the 00’s we have a feeling the return of Clams will not disappoint in 2020 and the new album is set to be a big one!

Come Back Home is rock and roll done right with catchy riffs, heavy bass and a guitar solo that will transport you back in time. As the lead single taken from the forthcoming album Stone Lane due to release April 3rd this is a solid indication of things to come.

“The song is about how things and people in life can try and drag you down, steal your identity, and rid you of your essence without you realising. One day you realise, you call bullshit, and you get yourself back together and celebrate!” Lead singer Rich on Come Back Home

Come Back Home is a slight step away from the classic Clams sound of ten years ago, it’s as if “grunge and Motown had a baby”, says Rich but the band have confirmed that “Clams production sound has always been the same, [and still is all about] raw and dirty!”

Clams live shows always were something not to miss and with 2 extra band members to fill the stage the roofs over venues won’t be able to take the explosive energy!  The return of Clams is going to be big and you won’t want to miss it; the band have announced a release day launch on 3rd of April at Bournemouth’s Anvil Rock Bar- tickets on sale now.
